- Supliful: manufactures, stores, and ships our products
- Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers receive your shipping address and contact information to deliver your order
Marketing and Communications
- Klaviyo: powers our email and SMS marketing, holds customer email addresses, names, and engagement data
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok: receive hashed customer data through advertising pixels for ad targeting, conversion tracking, and lookalike audience creation
- Google: receives data through Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking

Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You may opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP to any message. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional messages related to your orders, subscriptions, and account.
California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Other State Residents. If you reside in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the rights listed above. To submit a verifiable consumer request, email privacy@byacento.com. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf — we will require proof of authorization. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 45 days).
"Do Not Track" Signals. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals due to the lack of a uniform standard. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. We do not "sell" or "share" (as those terms are defined under applicable law) the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Acento is not a healthcare provider, and information you share with us is not protected by HIPAA.
