At Acento, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the terms outlined below.
By completing a purchase on byacento.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full, including all eligibility requirements and limitations.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of your delivery date. To request a refund, email support@byacento.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Product returns are not required and not accepted. Please discard or recycle any unused product responsibly.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Requests made after 60 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Taxes already remitted to state authorities are non-refundable
Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 60-day window from the confirmed delivery date.
Non-Eligible Refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Refund requests submitted outside of the 60-day guarantee period
- Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 60-day window
- Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 60-day period has passed
- Promotional or free gift items
- Items purchased with a non-refundable discount code (clearly marked at checkout)
- Gift cards
- Bulk or wholesale orders
- Products purchased outside byacento.com (we do not sell through third-party marketplaces)
- Orders flagged as fraudulent or violating our Terms of Service
No exceptions are made beyond the 60-day money-back guarantee.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to multiple refund requests from the same customer, household, or shipping address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@byacento.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the shipping packaging (if damaged)
- We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Acento is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a claim
- Contact us at support@byacento.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, but we reserve the right to deny claims for packages confirmed delivered.
Subscriptions
If your order includes a subscription, it is the customer's responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 60-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription prior to renewal, and failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Subscription Orders. Acento offers products that can be purchased through a subscription ("Subscribe & Save"), which will automatically renew unless canceled. If you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged through the payment method you provide every 30 days, or at the delivery cadence of your choosing ("billing period"). You expressly agree that by submitting your initial order you accept and are agreeing to the terms of the auto-renewal offer and understand the Subscription Policy.
Cancellation of Subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first order has shipped. To avoid a recurring charge you must cancel your subscription by the last day of your billing period. You may cancel:
- Through your customer account portal at byacento.com, or
- By emailing our customer support team at support@byacento.com
All cancellations are effective on the last day of the billing period.
Billing Information for Subscriptions. You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for promptly updating all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (e.g., change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is canceled or is no longer valid. Changes to such information can be made on the customer portal or by contacting a customer service representative.
State Auto-Renewal Disclosures. In accordance with applicable state laws, including California Business and Professions Code §17602 (the Automatic Renewal Law), New York General Business Law §527-a, and similar statutes in other states, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting customer support. Where required by law, we will send notice before each renewal. Your acceptance of a subscription order constitutes your express agreement to the auto-renewal terms set forth in this policy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days from approval, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank
- If the refund is still not visible, contact us at support@byacento.com
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled before they ship by emailing support@byacento.com with your order number. Once an order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center (typically within 24 hours of order placement), we cannot guarantee cancellation. If your order has already shipped, please follow our standard refund process upon delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like to try a different Acento product, please request a refund for your current order and place a new order for the desired product.
Health Disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Acento products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Refunds are not contingent on the product producing any specific health outcome. Individual results vary, and results are not guaranteed.
If you experience an adverse reaction to any Acento product, discontinue use immediately, consult a healthcare provider, and contact us at support@byacento.com.

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
